A: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivered in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days from confirmation.

A: Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones soon.

A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum required.

A: Absolutely. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for eligible items. We’ll provide you with a free pre-paid return label and send your replacement at no extra cost.
